Hey friends! Welcome to December! As the year winds down, we are wrapping up in the warmth of the holiday season and focusing on the spirit of giving. We are truly grateful for the wonderful community you help us create! To spread that cheer, we are excited to kick off our annual Community Food Drive starting December 1st. Please drop off your non-perishable food items at the leasing office throughout the month to support local families. Thank you for your kindness!

Prepare to be enchanted! Every night at 7 pm, our complimentary Holiday Parade transforms the streets between Bellevue Square and Lincoln Square into a festive feast for the senses. Watch as magnificent floats drift by, bathed in dazzling lights, accompanied by the joyful sounds of festive music, the spectacle of spirited dancers, and the excitement of toy drummers! And yes, you'll experience the wonder of falling snow! It's all happening from NE 4th to NE 8th Streets. Don't worry about parking—it's free in all The Bellevue Collection garages!

It's the most wonderful time of the year—the time for giving! We are thrilled to launch our annual Community Food Drive starting December 1st. This year, we invite you to donate your non-perishable food items to our beautiful, festive holiday display, located right inside the leasing office. All donations collected throughout December will be delivered to Hopelink to support local families in need. Thank you for helping us spread cheer and kindness this season!
