"Stokely Apartments offer a comfortable, safe, and luxurious living environment. The building is well-managed, and the staff is always friendly and attentive, making the experience even more enjoyable. Recently, I had an issue with my washer, and I was impressed by how quickly it was resolved. In contrast to my previous apartment, where appliance replacements took days, Stokely’s maintenance team acted immediately. Antonio and AB arrived the next morning, installed a new washer the same day, and even checked for other potential issues. The following morning, Antonio and Gabriel returned to ensure everything was fully taken care of. It’s rare to need maintenance here, but when I do, the team’s quick response and attention to detail really make a difference. I’m thankful for the professionalism and kindness that make living here so enjoyable."

Walking distance from Stokely is a seafood dream. Chef John Howie's Seastar Restaurant and Raw Bar started in the spring of 2002 with lots of love and great reviews. Since then, Seastar has received many awards from cool places like Wine Spectator, FOOD & WINE, Sunset, and KING 5 Evening Magazine. Our favorite is the daily Happy Hour from 4-6pm!
